Our policy is designed with the same attention to detail that goes into our premium Boat Shoes, Loafers, Oxfords, Slippers, and Sneakers & Athletic Shoes.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Slippers that have been worn or removed from their original packaging. All other footwear categories are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please include:

  • The original packing slip or invoice
  • All original packaging and accessories

Step 3: Refund or Exchange Process

Upon receiving your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: Your new item will be shipped within 2 business days of approval. Standard shipping fees apply for exchanges unless the return was due to our error.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
