Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our premium footwear with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Important Hygiene Notice:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Slippers that have been worn or removed from their original packaging.

Step 2: Package & Ship

After approval, send your return to:

Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: Your new item ships within 2 business days of approval. Standard shipping fees apply unless the return was due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
